| Main Directions: |
 |
Take I – 87 North (Thruway, also known as the John Dewey Highway). |
 |
Get onto I – 287 East (going past White Plains exits). |
 |
Get onto I-684 North – stay on this until it ends in Danbury/Brewster area – approximately 30 minutes. |
 |
In Danbury/Brewster area, you will see signs for Route 22 North , take this route for the next 1 hour 15 minutes (if lots of traffic, it will take longer). |
 |
You will go through the towns of Patterson, Pawling, Dover Plains, Amenia, Millerton. |
 |
After Millerton, you will drive approximately 15 minutes north on Route 22. Look for Route 7A on the left side. Exit here to drive into town of Copake. |

In town, you will come to a fork (town clock in the center of fork). Stay to the left onto Route 7 (you will drive past gas station). |
 |
Go 2 miles – you will pass Oleana Campground on left, soon afterwards Camp Pontiac on left. After this camp, you will drive 1/2 mile and see Four Corners Road on left. Turn here. Entrance into camp is on the left. |
Alternative route from New York City (scenic route for non-commercial vehicles, but few rest stops or service stations): |

Get onto the Sprain Parkway (north of city). |

The Sprain Pkwy turns into Taconic Parkway. |
 |
Stay on Taconic Pkwy for over an hour (past I-84, past Millbrook and Rhinebeck exits). |

Get off onto exit for Route 82 – EA ST toward Ancram. |
 |
After 15 minutes, you will come into the small town of Ancram. |
 |
At the flashing light, make a very sharp left onto Route 7. |
 |
Go 2 miles, and you will see Four Corners Road on right; turn right and entrance to camp is on the left. |
