AHRC New York City’s Howie Stone Day Service was among the Gardens for the City projects that she visited. During her visit to the center, the Congresswoman met the artists of ArTech, a program that provides adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with opportunities for creative self-expression using both traditional and technological art tools.
