AHRC NYC has been providing Innovative Workforce Solutions Since 1986

As the oldest Arc chapter in the US, we’re proud to oversee the largest employment program in the country, creating opportunity for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and youth from underserved communities. We take the hassle out of finding great talent to grow your business while you support their professional development and career aspirations. Each year we train, place and support over 2,000 employees in New York City.
