AHRC NYC’s Referral & Information Center (aka the “RIC”) is the starting point for families, self-advocates, and professionals seeking information and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The RIC team is trained to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families access needed services.
Our Referral and Information Team will:
- Provide you with information about specific services
- Assist you with acquiring necessary evaluations
- Advise you of your next steps and guide you through eligibility requirements for services
- Refer you to programs and services offered by AHRC NYC and other organizations including OPWDD and Care Coordination Organizations.
