Our corporate compliance program is based on the essential seven compliance elements as mandated by the OMIG, OIG, and HSS. AHRC NYC continues to abide by all applicable municipal, state, and federal regulations and operates in an ethical and compliant manner aiming to mitigate waste and prevent fraud or any misappropriations of Medicaid and/or Medicare funds.
