Dear AHRC Team Members:
We hope everyone is staying safe, and to our staff who are supporting the people we serve and who are keeping our operations on track – thank you so much for your commitment and hard work during this time!
The agency remains open, and all of our programs will be delivering services to people we support, as follows:
- For Residential, all emergency preparedness and safety precautions activities at our houses continue to be implemented and monitored.
- ADS program sites will be closed on Monday, with day services to be provided virtually.
- EBS program sites will still be open on Monday, with the exception of the NY League location. EBS staff who typically work out of NY League are being relocated to 83 Maiden Lane, 7th Floor for the day.
- Family & Clinical locations in the Bronx and at 83 Maiden Lane are open. Clinicians who usually work at ADS sites are being relocated to 83 Maiden Lane, 10th Floor to conduct virtual appointments as necessary.
- For Education, all of our school programs will be providing remote instruction to our students on Monday.
- For Recreation, all activities scheduled for Monday have been cancelled.
- The agency’s headquarters at 83 Maiden Lane will be open, and staff working at this site will be available to address any operations issues as needed. To reach staff at 83 Maiden Lane, call 212-780-2500.
- For Homecare staff who have questions about work assignment schedules and revisions, please call the Homecare Staffing line directly at 212-780-2520.
