We provide supports in the household, for a family member with a developmental disability.
Our In-Home Supports include Community Habilitation, Individual Services and Supports, and In-Home Respite. With the assistance of a Service Coordinator, families determine the actual services they need to help them at home.

Home Health Care
AHRC Home Care Services, Inc., (an affiliate of AHRC New York City,) is a licensed home care services agency, (LHCSA,) provides services throughout the five boroughs of New York City and Nassau County. We offer a range of home health care services to meet the needs of eligible persons with and without disabilities.

Bridges to Health
Contracted through the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, we provide home and community-based services and supports to youth, (ages 3 to 21, with developmental disabilities) who are in foster care. The Bridges to Health program pairs AHRC NYC professionals with children in their homes and communities, as they work toward goals.
