Mark Bini

Mark re-joined the AHRC-NYC Board of Directors in 2015 to serve and help advocate for the developmentally disabled. Mark is previous chair of the board’s Compliance & Ethics Committee and is currently chair of the Audit Committee.
Mark is a partner at Reed Smith LLP, where he works in the Global Regulatory Enforcement Group representing corporations and individuals in connection with government investigations, internal investigations, criminal and regulatory proceedings, and related civil litigation. Prior to working at Reed Smith, Mark spent 15 years as a federal and state prosecutor, working most recently as a federal prosecutor and deputy chief in the Eastern District of New York. Mark began his legal career clerking for a judge in the Southern District of New York and working as a litigation associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Mark graduated from the University of Virginia, and Fordham University School of Law.
