Andreas joined the Board of Directors in 2016 and currently serves as the Financial Secretary as well as the Chair of the Finance Committee, member of the Executive Committee and the Executive Compensation Committee, and a member of the AHRC NYC Foundation Board. He is also a board member for several other not-for-profit organizations.
With more than 25 years of corporate finance and valuation experience, Andreas works in the NY office of Duff & Phelps, LLC as Managing Director of Valuation Advisory Services and Global Leader for Healthcare and Life Sciences. Andreas has developed expertise in all areas of business valuations,
Prior to Duff & Phelps, Andreas was a Managing Director for Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting and, prior to that, was with PricewaterhouseCoopers’s Auditing and Business Advisory Services Group.
He earned his M.B.A. in international corporate finance and investments as well as his B.B.A. in accounting and operations management from The Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York.
