Artist with Autism Graduates College with a Bevy of Artwork

The Staten Island Advance has published a video about artist, Joe DeCandido, a graduate of AHRC NYC’s Melissa Riggio Higher Education Program at the College of Staten Island. 

His college experience provided opportunities for Joe to make the most of his artistic talents.
