About Superior Direct Care, Inc.
Created by AHRC New York City, an organization with over 75 years of experience in providing services and support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Serving group homes, day programs, and other facilities throughout the five boroughs, Superior Direct Care places well trained, reliable, experienced, and caring temporary staff whenever and wherever the need arises.
When a vacation day, sick day, or personal day interrupts your staffing schedule, it’s important to know that quality, specialized care will continue uninterrupted. Our trained personnel are ready to step in and provide professional care when you need it.
Superior Direct Care Staff
Our staff undergo extensive background screening, including fingerprinting, and criminal background checks. Staff also undergo a robust training curriculum that includes all trainings required by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
Our Team
Superior Direct Care’s Coordination Team is there to assist you with your staffing needs daily between the hours of 6:00 am to midnight. In addition, there is a live answering service to address emergent issues after midnight.
Your dedicated Staffing Coordinator will work with you to create and implement a plan to meet all of your staffing needs.
