Our dynamic 16-week program helps young people develop employment skills and the hands-on experience needed for success.

The program is open to youth ages 16 to 24 who are unemployed and not currently in school.
Individuals with barriers to employment, including people with disabilities, are encouraged to apply.

About Our Cement Polishing and Maintenance Career Program

  • Support in developing work readiness skills including resume building and interview preparation are offered in classroom settings. Trade skills for proper concrete polishing techniques are offered through our hands on training. Job placement assistance and opportunities for paid internships are available upon completion.
  • Participants in the program receive a daily stipend during training and all Graduates receive their Concrete Polishing Certification.
  • Our training classes cover all aspects of concrete polishing, including slab testing and repair, floor maintenance, surface preparation, and complete installation of polished concrete flooring.
  • Classes also include advanced concrete design techniques, such as floor stencils, applicator tools, and architectural products like dyes and stains.
  • Career counseling is provided upon completion of the program in order to assist with job placement and future goals.
