Interns receive 1:1 check-ins with a PII Program Coordinator and have access to PII work readiness groups. The PII program also facilitates events where interns can receive resources, make networking connections, and meet other program participants. Topics for these programs include financial literacy, executive functioning skills, mock-interview training, soft skills training, and Civil Service 101 courses.
