Direct Placement Programs are for individuals who are interested in direct employment opportunities, as opposed to an internship or a training program.

Finding Ability in Disability

We foster a person’s natural abilities, utilizing their past and current skills to create employment opportunities. Some individuals may choose to attend AHRC NYC’s weekly Job Club that helps to prepare them for the workforce and build upon their current skills.

Each individual will be provided with a Job Coach to assist them with the hiring process and securing employment.  After securing employment, the Job Coach will provide support at the work site from day one.
